Return & Refund Policy

    This return and refund policy is applicable to all dropshippers who work with AK Dropshipping. Please read through the following policies.


    AK Dropshipping will resend, refund or return for any of the following cases


    1. Lost Packages

    If the package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking status), and it shows that the update has stopped for more than 45 days, the dropshipper can request a refund or reshipment.


    2. Damage or Incorrect Items

    If a product is received damaged or incorrect, the dropshipper should submit a refund or reshipment request within 5 days of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.


    3. Missing Orders (Marked as Delivered)

    If tracking shows delivered but the customer did not receive the item:

    • The customer should contact the local post carrier office in the delivery country and report the issue;

    • If the dropshipper issues a full refund to the customer, they can request a refund from AK Dropshipping by providing refund proof.


    4. Delayed Shipments

    Late shipment or delay on delivery any shipping company. In the case that tracking number don’t have any update for 30 days, the dropshipper can request refund or resend, and we do suggest customers waiting with patience.


    AK Dropshipping will NOT resend, refund or return for any of the following cases


    1. Delivery Issues Caused by Customer

    No refund or resend is provided if delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect or insufficient address

    • No such number

    • Unknown recipient

    • Refused

    • Do not pick up in time

    • No safe delivery location

    • Uncleared customs

    • Others


    Note:

    • Customer can contact the last-mile shipping carrier for another delivery attempt.

    • AK Dropshipping can arrange re-delivery attempt at cost of $10 per package if the package is returned to the processing center. Timing depends on local warehouse hub in the delivery country.


    2. Unacceptable Disputes

    AK Dropshipping shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

    • The end customer does not like the product

    • The product description is not true

    • The product smells unusual

    • The end customer ordered the wrong items or SKU

    • Processing time extension due to supplier out of stock, quality inspection failed, or shipping latency from supplier to AK Dropshipping warehouse.


    3. Force Majeure

    AK Dropshipping is not responsible for shipment issues caused by any irresistible force or unforeseen event, including but not limited to: epidemic, virus, war, strike, earthquake, flood, storm, hurricane, heavy snow, tsunami, custom inspection, or international situation.


    Requesting a Refund, Return or Reshipment


    • Requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date (as per tracking).

    • Provide necessary evidence (e.g., photos, videos, refund proof, screenshot of disputes).

    • Our customer service team may request additional details, which should be submitted within 2 business days.


    Refund and Reship Process


    1. Refund

    • Processed within 2-5 business days after approval.

    • Refunded to the original payment method.

    • Transaction fees from payment providers are not covered by AK Dropshipping.


    2. Reshipment

    • Processed within 2 business days after approval.

    • May use a different shipping method than the original.

    • Tracking details will be provided once reshipment is complete.
