Just click the Sign Up button in the upper right corner of your screen. Enter your details and start growing your e-commerce business with AK.

How to use AK APP?

Follow this simple tutorial on how to use AK.

1. Connect Your Store If you have a Shopify, WooCommerce, Yampi, or Cartpanda store, it’s easy to integrate your shop with AK. Follow the steps on our Integrations page. Contact our customer service if you meet any problems.

2. Manual Orders Download templates on the Manual Order page and fill in the relevant information according to the template requirements.

3. Ask for a Quote After you sync your orders, click “Ask for a quote”. We will provide the quotation within 1-2 days.

4. Choose & Mapping Once you get a quotation, you can now choose your preferred shipping method. You can map your own product by clicking on the link we provide. Then this product will get its price automatically in the future.

5. Recharge and Pay To pay for your orders, you need to recharge your AK wallet. You can use PayPal, Payoneer, or Boleto Bancario. We’ll cover the transaction fees for topping up your wallet.

6. After-Sales Services If you have any questions, contact us via our live message box. We have service managers waiting to answer your queries. You can also click 'Support Ticket', it will show customer feedback from all platforms you connected.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

At AK, we have NO MOQ policy. Even if you just have one order, we'll happily fulfill it for you. This is perfect if you want to test out the quality of your products before making them available to your target audience.

You can go to the Orders section to request a quotation. Click ''Ask for a quote'' We will provide the quotation within 24 hours.

After getting a quotation from our team, you can choose your preferred logistics to fulfill your order. There are many different shipping methods to choose from.

How is the total price computed?

Once you've chosen a shipping method, the total price will appear. The total cost includes the product price and the shipping fee.

Are your warehouses free for stocking?

Yes. The products stored in our warehouse are divided into two categories, one is for our long-term sales, we will prepare some additional products for storage; and the other is for the customer’s own stock, or the customer's own customized products.
